How can I stick my full (gymnastics) to a pirouette to a pyramid?

My cheer routine includes this. Help me please!

1. Twist your hips and shoulders separate ways around your axis(waist). 2. Land in a demi-plié with your feet in parallel first. 3. Swing your favored leg back, then around, and have it guide you. 4. Repeat step 2. 5. Start the pyramid, there’s nothing more to it. Good luck!
